MAT February 2014 Application Form & Notifications

Management Aptitude Test which is a reputed exam in Indian for taking admission in to various management colleges across the nation is conducted under the governance of All India Management Association. This exam is conducted four times a year and this notification is for the MAT February exam 2014.

MAT can be given by the candidates in any mode like written mode or the computer based test. At the time of filling of application forms, a candidate has to mention the type of mode of examination they need to go for.

Last Date For sale of Forms 18 January 2014 (Saturday)

Last Date for submission of filled in Registration Forms at AIMA, New Delhi 20 January 2014 (Monday)

Last Date For Online Registration 18 January 2014 (Saturday)

Last Date for submission of filled in Online Registration Forms at AIMA, New Delhi 20 January 2014 (Monday)

Guidelines regarding form filling

1)      You have to fill the forms online at this url

2)      Fill the form with utmost care and after finishing it take printout of that.

3)      Then attach a photograph and sign that form.

4)      Also attach DD for the fees with that application.

5)      Now put these two in a envelope and send them to the address given below:

      Vocabulary questions test the candidate’s knowledge of the primary meanings of words, secondary shades of meaning, usage, idioms and phrases, antonyms, related words, etc.

      Grammar-based questions test the candidate’s ability to spot and correct grammatical errors. CAT generally tests knowledge of high school level grammar and includes areas like subject-verb agreement, use of modifiers, parellel construction, redundancy, phrasal verbs, use of articles, prepositions, etc.

      Verbal Reasoning
      Verbal reasoning questions are designed to test the candidate’s ability to identify relationships or patterns within groups of words or sentences.

      General and Business GK(Elementry Level)
      Institutes like IIFT AND SYMBOISIS have a section for General knowledge which includes question related to current affairs and business GK at elementary level
